Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC")
formed to invest growth capital in middle-market companies
located primarily in the western United States. The Fund
has financial resources in excess of $82 million comprised
of PMF
partnership equity and access to funding guaranteed by the
U.S. Small Business Administration. Since formation, we have
invested over $100 million in more than 30 companies.
